Then, he seeks help from Colonel Singh who helps people in finding their love. Arun learns from Colonel how to impress a girl. He gains his confidence and finally dares to talk to Prabha.

This is the original Chashme Buddoor that came in 1981 and inspired the 2013 remake.

Three friends (Siddharth, Jomo, and Omi) live together. Jomo and Omi try to woo their neighbor Neha but embarrass themselves. But when Neha meets Siddharth, they instantly fall in love.

Watch this film and see how they plan a fake kidnapping that turns into a real one.

If the word “Botany” reminds you of this film, we can be friends!

Professor Parimal Tripathi meets Sulekha on a trip. They fall in love and get married. Sulekha respects her brother-in-law too much and thinks highly of him. But Parimal thinks that he can easily prank him. So, with his wife and other friends, they pull off a prank on the brother-in-law. Parimal becomes a driver who only speaks Hindi and creates a false story.

The movie is filled with some amazing talents.

This is one of my favorite movies of all time.

Three brothers (Brijmohan, Manmohan and Jagmohan) run a garage. But the elder brother resents women because of some incident from his past. So, he doesn’t allow women or their pictures in the house. The middle one falls in love with a girl he met in his shop and things start changing for him.

Full of chaos and hilarious moments, the movie stars the real-life Kumar/Ganguly brothers and Madhubala.


One promise that I can make is that each song of the movie is a gem!

If you are still not tired of humming “Mere samne wali khidki mein”, you gotta watch this film right now.

Bhola leaves his uncle’s house and starts living with his aunt. He finds his new neighbor Bindu very pretty and tries to woo her. Bindu loves music and is learning from her masterji. Bhola’s friend Vidyapati tries to help Bhola with singing but fails. So, they come up with the dubbing plan and try to impress Bindu.

Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro is a satirical comedy on our corrupted country.

Vinod and Sudhir run a photo studio. After failing at the business, they accidentally become a part of a murder mystery. They try to expose the big names associated with it.


The epic Mahabharata scene is still remembered for its entertaining execution.

7. Angoor

Adapted from William Shakespeare’s ‘The Comedy of Errors‘, this Gulzar directorial stars Sanjeev Kumar and Deven Verma in double roles.

The pair of twin brothers are separated at birth due to an unfortunate accident. But one day, all four of them are in the same city. They accidentally replace each other’s positions. This leads to chaos and confusion.

The movie also has Moushmi Chatterjee, Deepti Naval, and Aruna Irani.
