I still remember those summer vacations, when our family used to go to my Uncle’s place in Delhi. He was in the Indian army at a very high rank and for me, he was my idol.
I used to cry so much when he had to leave us to go back to his job at the border, not just because of the love I have for him but because of the stories he used to tell me. The stories of the Indian Army!
Since then, I have had this strong attachment towards the Indian army but I guess my fate doesn’t want me to be a part of it. Having knock-knees, I never managed to pass the medical examination. Though my love for the Indian army didn’t stop there.
I have read a ton of books, a lot of stories, and a bunch of tales about the Indian Army and it never failed to amuse me.
